Navigating the world of website subscriptions can be a confusing task. This guide is here to assist you in understanding how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription with Super. We will walk you through each process, ensuring you know what to expect at every step.

Upgrading Your Site Subscription

To upgrade your site subscription, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access the Sites Dashboard

  2. Find Your Site: Locate the site you wish to upgrade in the Site Overview list.

  3. Upgrade Your Site: Click on the three dots next to the site, and select 'Upgrade' from the dropdown menu. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the upgrade process.

Downgrading and Cancelling Your Site Subscription

Downgrading your site subscription is just as easy as upgrading. Here's how:

  1. Access your Sites Dashboard.

  2. Find Your Site: Locate the site you wish to downgrade in the Site Overview list.

  3. Click the three-dot button and choose Downgrade to Personal (if you're on a Pro plan and want to be in a lower plan).

  4. Or, if you wish to cancel the site completely, you can choose Cancel Site.

Switching to Free Sites

If you choose to downgrade all your sites to free subscriptions, there will be no further charges for those sites, unless there are pending charges on the account yet to be billed.

Deleting a Paid Site

When you delete a paid site, the unused portion of that subscription will be credited to your account. This credit can be used for upgrading another site or future billing cycles.

Cancelling Your Subscription Altogether

If you decide to cancel your subscription with Super, we're here to assist. Please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Help Chat bubble located in the lower right corner

  2. Once the Help Chat is open, select 'Billing' followed by 'Cancel' to initiate the cancellation process.
