An issue we face with some images is that they are rendered at different rotations or sizes. This can be a problem because of a lack of image metadata coming from Notion. This may also happen in database image previews.
To resolve this, please open the image in a simple photo editor and rotate it to the correct position. Then re-upload the edited image to Notion the issue should be fixed.
