If the Super Sync Chrome Extension isn't working or you're unable to sync your Notion pages, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Note: In some cases, the extension may not send any requests to Super due to browser-specific issues, such as cached data or extension conflicts. The steps below resolve the most common causes.
1. Try using the extension in an Incognito window
Testing in an Incognito window helps determine whether the issue is caused by your browser's existing cache, cookies, or another installed extension.
Open chrome://extensions.
Find the Super Sync extension.
Enable Allow in Incognito.
Open a new Incognito window.
Sign in to Super and try using the extension again.
If the extension works in Incognito mode, continue with the next step.
2. Clear your browser data for app.super.so
Corrupted browser data can prevent the extension from authenticating correctly.
Instead of clearing your entire browser history, we recommend removing only the stored data for app.super.so.
After clearing the site data:
Close the browser tab.
Open app.super.so again.
Sign back in to your Super account.
Test the extension once more.
Tip: Clearing data only for app.super.so is less disruptive than clearing your entire browser cache and cookies.
3. Reinstall the Super Sync extension
If clearing the site data doesn't resolve the issue, reinstall the extension.
Remove the Super Sync extension from Chrome.
Install it again from the Chrome Web Store.
Sign in to your Super account.
Try syncing again.
Reinstalling ensures you're using a fresh installation of the latest version of the extension.
4. Contact Support
If the extension still isn't working after completing the steps above, please reach out to the Super Support team.
To help us investigate more quickly, include:
A description of the issue you're experiencing.
A screen recording, if possible.
The Chrome version you're using.
Your operating system (Windows, macOS, etc.).
Any error messages you see.
In some cases, our team may schedule a short troubleshooting session to investigate the issue directly on your machine, as certain browser-specific issues can be difficult to reproduce remotely.
