Since Super is built on Notion, you don’t upload media directly inside Super. Instead, you add images or videos in Notion, and they automatically appear on your Super site.
Here’s how to do it:
Uploading Images
Method 1: Drag & Drop
Open your page in Notion.
Drag an image file directly onto the page.
Notion will automatically upload and display it.
Publish or refresh your Super site to see the changes live.
Method 2: Use the Image Block
In Notion, type
/image.Choose Image.
Upload a file, paste an image URL, or select from Unsplash.
The image will instantly sync to your Super site.
Uploading Videos
Option 1: Upload a Video File
In Notion, type
/video.Select Video.
Upload your video file directly.
It will embed and sync automatically to Super.
⚠ Note: Large video files may affect loading speed.
Option 2: Embed a Video (Recommended)
Copy your video link (e.g., from YouTube or Vimeo).
In Notion, type
/embed.Paste the video URL.
It will display as an embedded video on your Super site.
Embedding is recommended because:
Faster loading
Better streaming performance
Lower bandwidth usage
