Super does not currently offer built-in email hosting services. However, you can still use your preferred email provider by connecting it to your domain through MX records. By adding the required MX records to your domain’s DNS settings, your email hosting will work normally without any issues.
Here are the steps:
Go to your Domains section and click the three-dot (⋯) menu next to your domain.
From the menu, choose DNS Settings.
Click Add Record
Select MX, make sure you have the required MX records provided by your email host, then click Add Record to save the changes.
IMPORTANT: When you add or update an MX record, the change needs time to propagate across DNS servers worldwide. This process can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to 24–48 hours, depending on your domain’s TTL and DNS provider. During this time, email delivery may be delayed or temporarily inconsistent until propagation is complete.
Most MX changes propagate within a few hours.
Lower TTL values usually result in faster propagation.
Email may not work immediately after adding or changing MX records.
