Super is a third-party registrar for Name.com, so our domain refund policy follows their guidelines.

Key Points:

  • Renewals, transfers, and additional services: Non-refundable.

  • ICANN fees: Refunded only if the domain itself is refunded.

Exceptions & Special Cases:

  • .CA β†’ Refundable within 4 days

  • .COM.MX & .MX β†’ Refundable within 45 days

  • .CO.UK, .ME.UK, .ORG.UK, .UK β†’ Refunds on a case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Domains:
.AI, .AM, .AT, .BE, .CH, .CZ, .DE, .DK, .ES, .EU, .FM, .FR, .GS, .IO, .IT, .JP, .NL, .NZ, .CO.NZ, .NET.NZ, .ORG.NZ, .PL, .RU, .SE, .SO

Important:
Refunds require returning the domain to the registry, after which it becomes available for others to register. Bulk deletions may have limits under ICANN rules.

Tip: Double-check your domain details before purchase to avoid mistakes.
