Why Your Notion Form Is Not Showing on Your Live Site
If your Notion Form is not appearing on your live site, this is usually due to how the form is set up or embedded in Notion. Below are the most common reasons this happens and how you can resolve it.
Common Reasons
1. The form is not embedded on a separate page
Notion Forms cannot be displayed as a database in Super. Instead, the form must be embedded using its shareable link. If the form is added directly without embedding, it will not appear on the live site.
2. The form is not a subpage
For Super to publish and display the form correctly, the Notion Form must be created as a subpage of a parent page that is already published. Forms created outside the site structure will not show on the live site.
How to Properly Display a Notion Form on Your Live Site
Follow the steps below to ensure your Notion Form appears correctly:
Create a new Notion page and make sure it is a subpage of your parent page.
Inside the subpage, type
/formand select Form.Add all the necessary questions and options to your form.
Ensure the Notion Form is published and copy the form’s shareable link.
Create a new separate Notion page and set it as a subpage.
Paste the form link into the page and choose Embed.
Confirm that the form is visible in Notion.
Go to your Super dashboard and click Refresh to update the dashboard preview.
Once these steps are completed, the form should display correctly on your live site.
