Step 1: Connect your domain at Super.so
Connect your domain in your Super account to view the DNS records needed for your Namecheap account
Root domain records
For a root domain like example.com you'll need to add the following records:
Type | Name | Value |
A | @ | 76.76.21.21 |
CNAME | www |
Subdomain records
For a subdomain like blog.example.com add this record:
Type | Name | Value |
CNAME | (your subdomain) |
Step 2: Update your DNS records on your Wix account.
Go to Domains in your Wix account.
Click the Domain Actions three-dot icon next to the relevant domain.
Select Manage DNS Records.
4. Edit your CNAME records as needed.
Update a CNAME record
Hover over the relevant CNAME record and click Edit.
Click Got it in the pop-up.
Click the Host Name field and edit the host name.
Note: Include the www prefix here for Host Name.Click the Value field and edit the web address the record points to.
Click Save.
Click Save Changes in the pop-up.
5. Edit your A records as needed.
Hover over the A record and click Edit.
Click Got it in the pop-up.
Click the Host Name field and edit the host name.
Note: Leave this field blank if instructed to add an @ sign.Click the Value field and edit the IP address the record points to.
Click Save.
Click Save Changes in the pop-up.
Troubleshooting domain connection issues
If you run into issues, please make sure that you have:
Added new DNS records to your domain provider
Removed old DNS records
Waited up to 24 hours for new settings to propagate
