Site Shows on Free Plan After Completing Payment for Renewal

Sometimes, after completing your payment for a subscription renewal, your site may still appear on the free plan. This usually happens because of late payment for your plan renewal.

Here’s how it works:

  • Monthly Plans: If payment is late, the system automatically cancels the subscription.

  • Yearly Plans: You have a 30-day grace period to make the payment before the subscription is canceled.

What to do if this happens:

  1. Check your payment: Make sure your payment for the renewal has been successfully processed.

  2. Contact Support: If you’re on a monthly plan and have already paid, reach out to our Support Team.

  3. Restore your plan: Once verified, our team will ensure your site is restored to the correct plan and your subscription is active.
