If you would like to request a refund for a purchase that you have made on Super, you will need to cancel your site subscription first from your Sites dashboard. Once cancelled, you can contact Support via the chat bubble located at the bottom-right corner of your account.
IMPORTANT: Refunds may be granted for certain purchases, subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
Please note that domain renewals are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Annual Subscriptions
You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund on annual subscriptions, calculated based on the remaining time in your subscription period. Please be aware that a $20 processing fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund on monthly subscriptions, calculated based on the remaining time in your subscription period. Please be aware that a $2 processing fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
