Images often appear as the page header cover:
In Notion, open the target database card you want to change the image for.
Hover over the page cover image (top portion) until the “Change cover and reposition options” appear.
Click Change cover.
Choose your new image from these options:
Gallery: Select from Notion’s predefined images.
Upload: Upload an image from your computer.
Link: Use an image URL from a website or file hosting.
Unsplash: Pick free high-resolution photos from Unsplash integrated in Notion.
IMPORTANT: You can select the “Reposition” option for the image by dragging inside the cover area.
Changing an Embedded Image Inside the Page Content
If the image is embedded inside the page:
Open the database card in Notion.
Find the image inside the page content and hover over it.
Click the 6 vertical dots that appear.
Select the Replace option from the menu.
Upload or link your preferred image from the same four choices as above.
Changing a File Property Image in the Database Content
Images can also be stored as file properties within the database:
In Notion, open the database card to edit.
Find the Files & Media property field.
Click the property value, then the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
Select Delete to remove the current image.
Re-upload a new image by repeating the process. You can upload or embed via link.
Syncing Your Changes in Super.so
After updating images in Notion, go to your Super dashboard.
Navigate to the Pages section.
Click the Refresh button next to the Sync toggle.
Or, click the Refresh icon in the Preview pane to update your live site.
