When you transfer a site with an active plan from a Team workspace to your main account, the plan will remain on the Team as a credit. A new charge will apply to continue the subscription under your main account.
The credit will stay in your Team workspace balance. If you no longer plan to use this credit for creating another site, our Support Team can help you with the next steps. You may choose one of the following options:
Request to transfer the credit to your main account
Request a refund
Please reach out to our Customer Support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your preferred option.
Important: The same process applies whether you are transferring a site from a Team workspace to a personal account, from a personal account to a Team workspace, or between different accounts.
Steps on transferring your Active Site to Main Account (Vice versa)
Go to Sites Dashboard and click the three button of the site you want to transfer.
Click Transfer Site
3. Choose whether you want to transfer it to a different account or to your personal account (main account)
4. You will notice an important reminder before accepting. Once decided, you can click “Accept Button”
Note: The process is the same whether you transfer your active site to your personal account or another account. Your plan will remain on Teams as a credit balance, and you'll still get billed automatically to continue the paid features on the transferred site. You can always contact Customer Support Team to request any of the two options mentioned above
5. Then, hit confirm.
6. There will be a prompt that the transfer was successful, and you can switch to Personal Account
7. The transferred site will reflect on your SITES dashboard upon transfer.
