Canceling your subscription in Super is simple, but it's important to review all your billing and auto-renewal settings, including Super Analytics and custom domain renewals, to avoid unwanted charges.
Cancel Domain Auto-Renewal
Open the Super Main Dashboard.
Click the Domains option.
Find your active custom domain in the list.
Click the three dots next to your domain.
In the pop-up modal, select Disable auto-renew.
This prevents automatic renewal and future billing for that domain.
Best practices after cancellation
Double-check all “Active Subscriptions” and “Domains” for any services you no longer need.
Download any necessary data before the current billing cycle ends.
Set calendar reminders for billing cycle end-dates to avoid surprises.
