If you want to downgrade your Super site from the Pro Plan to the Free Plan, you can do so easily through your Super dashboard. There are two ways to cancel your Pro subscription and switch to the Free Plan.
Downgrade via the Sites section
Open your Super.so dashboard and click Sites in the left sidebar.
Locate the Super site you want to downgrade.
Click the three dots next to the site.
Select Cancel Site from the pop-up menu.
Downgrade via the Account section
Open your Super.so dashboard and click Account in the left sidebar.
Under the Active Subscription section, go to the Sites tab.
Find the site you wish to downgrade.
Click the three dots under the Actions column.
Select Cancel Site from the pop-up menu.
Important: Your site subscription will continue until the end of your billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle ends on the 12th of the month, your site subscription will fully cancel on the 12th of the following month, and no further billing will be processed thereafter.
