Mostly it is caused by moving pages in Notion after rebuilding Super page list.
To ensure Super and Notion work together correctly, make sure all the pages you want to show on your site are organized correctly in Notion, with all subpages placed under your homepage:
If you see any pages in Super that no longer exist in your current Notion structure, Super probably detected some of the pages from a previous site structure in your Notion, or the pages have moved in Notion since the Super site was built.
These pages will not be displayed because they are not in your current Notion website structure.
Similarly, if you encounter a 404 error (page not found), make sure your website structure in Notion is set up correctly:
There are two ways how to solve it:
1) Editing individual pages
You can edit the page connection between Notion and Super (so that you can fix the correct Notion link):
Click on the three-dot icon next to the page in Super and select "Edit page":
Add the correct Notion link:
Save changes:
Rebuild the page in the top right corner:
This way, you can fix Super pages that use an incorrect Notion link.
Note:
You can do this for subpages only. Homepage Notion link cannot be edited once the homepage is created.
You can also remove remaining pages that aren't currently set in your Notion structure and you don't want them to appear in Super. Just click on the three-dots icon next to the page and then select "Remove page":
2) Removing and rebuilding all the pages
The other way is to remove all of the pages in Super, and let super rebuild the pages list automatically using the correct pages (based on the current Notion page list structure):
Check the “Select” button:
Click on the three-dots icon next to your homepage:
Select “Remove all pages” (this will remove all your pages except the homepage):
Then refresh the page list (this will load all the pages within your homepage structure in Notion):
Now you should see all the pages that you have set within your homepage structure in your Notion.
